Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Di GFX Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), a graphic design and digital marketing studio based at Ganesh Colony, Kothrud, Pune 411038, Maharashtra, India, handles personal data collected through digfxstudio.com (the “Website”) and while providing our services. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

1. What personal data we collect

• Data you give us: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, business name, website or social media links, and the details you share about your project when you use our contact form, plan builder, free audit form, WhatsApp, phone or email.
• Order data: if you buy something through our checkout, your name, billing address, email, phone number and order details. Payments are handled by our payment partner (such as PhonePe). We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Client project data: logins, brand files, customer lists or ad account access that you choose to share with us to deliver a service.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools if you allow them (see section 6).

2. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or free audit, and schedule calls.
• To deliver the services you hire us for and to send invoices and project updates.
• To process orders and payments and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
• To understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it (only with your consent).
• To send occasional updates or offers, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.

We use your data only for the purpose you gave it to us for, or for purposes the law allows. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Your consent

By submitting a form, messaging us or placing an order, you consent to us processing your data for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@digfxstudio.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect processing that already happened. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue a service that depends on that data.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• Website hosting (Hostinger) and email providers.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
• Payment partners such as PhonePe, to process orders.
• Analytics providers such as Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) when we run campaigns on your behalf, using data you provide for that purpose.
• Government or legal authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers may store data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on providers that follow recognised security standards and on transfers permitted under Indian law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 12 months after our last conversation if you do not become a client. Client and order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and then for the period required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years). After that we delete or anonymise the data.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage:

• Essential: needed for the cart, checkout, login and security. These are always on.
• Preferences: remembers your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.
• Analytics: helps us understand which pages are useful. These are used only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Ask us to correct, complete or update your data.
• Ask us to erase your data, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

To use any of these rights, email contact@digfxstudio.com with the subject “Data request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

8. How we protect your data

We use HTTPS encryption, strong passwords, limited access, regular updates and backups to protect your data. Client logins and files are shared only with team members working on your project. No system is completely secure, but if a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

9. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has shared data with us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We aim to respond within 7 working days and to resolve grievances within 90 days at the latest.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell clients directly.
