Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to your use of digfxstudio.com and to any services you buy from Di GFX Studio, Ganesh Colony, Kothrud, Pune 411038, India (“we”, “us”). By using the Website or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. If a signed proposal or agreement with you says something different, that document takes priority.

1. Our services

We provide graphic design, branding, social media design, video editing, paid advertising (Meta and Google), SEO and website design services. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and price for each project are set out in the proposal or quote we send you.

2. Proposals and payment

• Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST where applicable.
• One-time projects usually need a 50% advance before work starts, with the balance due before final files are delivered.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each month.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.

3. Advertising spend

Ad budgets for Meta, Google or other platforms are paid directly by you to the platform and are not part of our fee, unless the proposal clearly says otherwise. Platforms decide whether to approve ads, and their policies and pricing can change at any time.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, timely feedback and the content, logos and access we need.
• Make sure you have the rights to any material you send us (photos, fonts, music, text, customer data).
• Make sure your products, offers and claims are legal and truthful. You are responsible for the business and products being advertised.

Delays in feedback or materials can shift timelines.

5. Revisions

Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be charged separately, and we will tell you before doing chargeable work.

6. Ownership and portfolio

• Once you have paid in full, you own the final approved deliverables we create for you.
• Draft concepts, unused options, working files and our own tools and templates remain ours unless agreed otherwise.
• Third-party items such as stock images, fonts or music are licensed under their own terms.
• We may show the work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Results

We work hard to grow your brand, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, followers, leads, sales or return on ad spend, because these depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, your product and your pricing.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver your project. Please share account access using secure methods, and change passwords when a project ends.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, or for actions taken by advertising platforms, such as ad rejections or account suspensions.

11. Using this website

You may not misuse the Website, try to break its security, copy its design or content for commercial use, or use it for anything unlawful. The Website content is for general information and may change without notice.

12. Ending a project

Either party can end a monthly plan with 15 days’ written notice. We may end a project immediately if invoices remain unpaid, or if we are asked to do something unlawful or unethical. Work completed and paid for up to the end date remains yours.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We will always try to resolve concerns through a friendly conversation first.
