Do you work with clients outside Pune and India?
Yes. We are based in Kothrud, Pune and work with clients across India and abroad over video calls, WhatsApp and email.
Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google from your own account. Our fee covers strategy, creatives, setup and optimisation.
How quickly can my campaign go live?
Most campaigns launch within 5–7 working days after the strategy call, once creatives and account access are approved.
Can I hire you only for design work?
Yes. You can book a single logo, a website or a monthly creative plan without any marketing service.
How do payments work?
Monthly services are billed at the start of each month. One-time projects are usually 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
Do I own the designs you create?
Yes. Once the project is paid, you receive the final files and full rights to use them.
How many revisions do I get?
Design projects include two rounds of revisions. Extra rounds can be added if needed.
